The Arts Council Gallery

The Arts Council Gallery located in the Dinah Washington Cultural Arts Center is one of three galleries managed by The Arts Council. Meeting the demand for additional exhibit space in Tuscaloosa, the gallery hosts a variety of exhibits by artists from around Alabama and the Southeast as well as artists from our own community. Exhibits in The Arts Council Gallery and the Junior League and Greensboro Room Galleries located in the Bama Theatre, are displayed on a rotating basis and are usually booked several months in advance.

Artists interested in exhibiting their work in any gallery are required to complete the Gallery Exhibition Application and Agreement. Artists should include an exhibition purpose and description along with images representative of the proposed exhibit for consideration. All works exhibited are at the discretion of The Arts Council. For more information and available dates, contact The Arts Council.
